Bar None Stock Horses

Bar None Stock Horses is owned and operated by Cameron & Jane Lee at "Trebor" north of Roma in Southern Queensland.

The prefix BAR NONE was established in the early 1970’s by my grandfather, Artie Hall. It was handed over to me in 2006 as Artie had gone out of the breeding game. This meant a lot to me as the property “BAR NONE” was where our family’s (The Hall Family) breed all started from. In one of many conversations, Artie told me how it all started with REALITY!

Artie and Mel Bates (REALITY’s owner) were both drovers and became very good friends. Artie had purchased a block, now known as “PARKWOOD” near Wee Waa in North Western NSW in 1969. This is where REALITY ran with mares until Artie purchased “BAR NONE” (down the road) in 1971. Mel would bring his own mares and any outside mares to “BAR NONE” and the only deal was that Artie could breed his own mares to REALITY. REALITY died on “BAR NONE” in 1977.

REALITY has had and still does have a huge influence in our horses and the accomplishments speak for themselves.
